It is our goal to teach our children how to love and trust God in these important and early years of their lives. This is done through Chapel on Fridays, where the preschoolers ages 2 through Pre-K come together for a time of praise and worship and hear Bible stories of how God wants us to live our lives and have a relationship with Him. Every week the children are presented with a Bible lesson designed to help them focus on spiritually developmental concepts. These themes vary from month to month and year to year.
What follows is an example of lessons we have used. Each week children would be presented with key ideas and a discussion about how to apply that concept to life. Children are given materials and instructions to take home with them so that parents can reinforce these concepts at home. On Wednesdays, a Pastor reinforces these lessons through Bible Circle Time, engaging the children in discussion. Bible Circle Time also includes singing songs appropriate to the theme.
